ANTIPASTO 
1/2 lb. salami, cut into strips
1/2 lb. bologna, cut into strips
1/2 lb. cooked white chicken, cubed
1/2 lb. baked ham, cut into strips
4 slices Provolone cheese, cut into strips
3 oz. drained black pitted olives, sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Romaine lettuce leaves
1/4 c. Italian dressing
1 tsp. capers (optional)
5-6 mild or hot cherry peppers (according to taste)
Lettuce leaves

Arrange lettuce on serving platter. Top with remaining ingredients except dressing. Drizzle dressing over top. Serves 4 people.
