ANTIPASTO PIEDMONT 
2 cans string beans
1 can (white 8 oz.) tuna
1 sm. jar pimento
1 sm. jar mushrooms
1 sm. jar Spanish olives
1 jar cocktail onions
1 jar artichokes
1 can black olives
1 pkg. Schilling Caesar dressing
Olive oil
Vinegar

Drain everything real good; get large glass bowl. Slice everything in half. Flake tuna. Make package dressing, adding olive oil and vinegar. Place all in glass bowl. Pour dressing over, tossing lightly. Store overnight. Toss before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
