TURNIP - SWISS CHEESE PUREE 
1 1/2 lb. turnips, peeled & sliced
1/2 c. (2 oz.) finely shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. grated Romano cheese
1/2 c. skim milk
1 cloves garlic, crushed

Place turnips in a large saucepan, add water to cover, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until turnips are tender. Drain.

Position knife blade in food processor bowl. Add turnips, cheeses, and remaining ingredients; top with cover, and process until smooth. Transfer to a serving dish, and serve immediately.

Serves 6.
