TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
1 med. green pepper
Salt

Chop onion and pepper. Mix with meat and add salt. Mold into meatballs and fry. 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 c. cheese, grated

Put potatoes in large baking dish. Add meatballs. Add soups and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
