1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. salted peanuts (Spanish)

Cream butter and sugars together well. Add eggs. Sift flour, soda, and baking powder together and add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla and stir in oatmeal and peanuts. Bake about 12 minutes in 375 degree oven.
