APRICOT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
2 sm. jars apricot baby food
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts or more
1/2 c. raisins, if desired

Using mixer, beat oil, water, sugar and eggs. Stir in apricots. Blend in dry ingredients. Bake in tube pan for 45 minutes; 30 minutes at 350 degrees and 15 minutes at 325 degrees.

ICING:

1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 envelope Dream Whip
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix together and spread on cake.
