LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. Lime Jello (3 oz.)
12 lg. marshmallows
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. hot water
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. whipping cream

Bring to boil 1 cup hot water and 1 package lime Jello. Take off heat and add marshmallows and melt. Cool but do not let thicken. Add cottage cheese, pineapple and whipping cream. Add maraschino (red) cherries and put into a mold and refrigerate.
