CABBAGE SALAD 
4 c. chopped cabbage
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 pkg. Chinese (Ramen) noodles, crushed, discard flavor packet
1 can baby shrimp, drained (tuna or chicken)
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. sunflower seeds

24 hours before serving, whisk together oil, vinegar and honey. Mix together with other ingredients. Cover tightly, refrigerate 24 hours.
