IRENE'S LOUISIANA BARBECUE SAUCE 
2 qts. tomato juice
3/4 c. prepared mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. cumin
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. turmeric
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (Cayenne)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. garlic salt

Bring to a good boil and then make a thickening made out of: 3 tbsp. cornstarch

Let boil until it is as thick as you want it. Pour into hot jars and seal.
