LIMA BEANS LOUISIANA 
2 c. dried lima beans, cooked
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. little pork sausages
2 tbsp. shredded green bell pepper
1/4 tsp. mace
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. milk

Brown sausages for 5 minutes. Combine cooked lima beans, sausages and seasonings and place in an oiled baking dish. Pour milk over the beans and scatter bits of butter and green pepper over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
