SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Mix ingredients. Shape meatballs the size of walnuts. Brown in 1/4 cup hot fat or vegetable oil. Remove meatballs and make gravy.

GRAVY:

1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Stir ingredients into hot fat in skillet. Stir in 2 cups boiling water and 3/4 cup sour cream. Put meatballs back into gravy. Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
