6 slices bacon
8 baked potatoes, cubed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry bacon and remove from pan. In bacon grease, fry potatoes, onion and green pepper until tender. Dice bacon and add to mixture. Add salt and pepper.
