RITZ CRACKER SALAD | |
60 Ritz crackers, crushed 1/4 c. sugar 6 oz. orange juice concentrate 1 can crushed pineapple, drained 1 stick butter, melted 8 oz. Cool Whip 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained Combine the crackers, butter and sugar, reserving 1/3 cup for the topping. Press the rest of it into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Blend the orange juice and Eagle Brand together, then fold in Cool Whip and add oranges and crushed pineapple. Spread on top of the cracker crust and put remaining cracker mixture on top. Chill a few hours before serving. |
