RICE PUDDING | |
1 1/2 c. milk 1/3 c. sugar 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. Egg Beaters 1 c. cooked rice 1/2 c. raisins 1 tsp. vanilla Scald milk, add sugar and butter. Stir until butter is melted. Slowly add milk mixture to eggs, stirring constantly. Mix in rice, raisins and vanilla. Put mixture in 6 buttered custard cups. Set in pan of hot water 1 inch deep. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. |
