SALMON CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 c. Bisquick
16 oz. can salmon
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. water
3 oz. sliced mozzarella
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Combine salmon and onion; set aside. Mix Bisquick and water, divide in half. Roll out dough to fit 8 inch square pan. Line pan with dough. Top with salmon and onion and mozzarella cheese. Cover with dough and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix soup and milk for sauce.
