GRANDMA EVAN'S BROCCOLI CORN
CASSEROLE
 
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1 sm. box of frozen broccoli
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Dash of pepper
Dash of salt
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook broccoli and then drain. Place in medium bowl. Next add the cream style corn. Beat egg slightly with pepper and salt. Mix in with corn and broccoli. Add 1/4 cup of crushed crackers and mix. Then put it in greased casserole or Pyrex dish and top with remaining cracker crumbs. Sprinkle melted butter over crumbs Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
