GLAZED APPLE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg

TOPPING:

3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredient together with beaten egg. Add 3 tablespoons milk; mix well. Put in pan. Spread with hands. Don't have dough too thick.

Cut apples in eighths and put on dough. Spread topping on top of apples after mixing. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in 375 degree oven.
