BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
3 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
4 eggs, beaten
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk (or sour milk)
3 tsp. vanilla
Nuts, dates, more raisins, orange peel, etc. (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Grease muffin tins or use paper cup liners. Fill 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Note: Under cooking makes them moist.
