BLUEBERRY DESSERT 
2 c. blueberries
1/2 lemon squeeze juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Butter an 8 x 8 inch pan, turn blueberries in pan, dribble lemon juice over blueberries and sprinkle with cinnamon. 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk

Cream butter and sugar. Add sifted ingredients then add milk mix to make a batter. Spread batter over top of blueberries. 1 tbsp. cornstarch Dash of salt 1 c. boiling water

Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt; pour over batter, then pour 1 cup boiling water over top. Do not mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm. Good topped with Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.
