PIZZA POTATOES 
1 box scalloped potatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
4 oz. pkg. pepperoni, sliced
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp. oregano

Put potatoes in pan, add tomatoes and juice, and 2 cups water, and oregano. Let come to a boil. Mix with potatoes. Spread cheese and then pepperoni. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Joyce 842-8289.
