HOT FUDGE SUNDAE SAUCE 
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 (1 oz.) sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. evaporated milk

Combine sugar, syrup and water. Cook to soft ball stage, using candy thermometer. Remove from heat, add chocolate and stir until melted. Add vanilla. Slowly add evaporated milk. Mix well. Keep refrigerated. Heat to serve.
