BROILED FISH 
1 lb. fish
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 tsp. mustard

For each pound of fish, combine in tiny saucepan: 2 tablespoons butter or salad oil, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash of pepper, 1 tablespoon minced onion and 1 teaspoon prepared mustard. Spread on fish. Broil 6 to 10 minutes; do not turn.
