POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag Ore Ida hash brown potatoes
1 lb. container sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. diced onion
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Leave potatoes out on counter for 2 hours to be workable. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Spread out in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
