FLATTENED CHICKEN 
4 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lemon
4 boneless chicken breasts
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan cheese

Flatten chicken with kitchen mallet. Heat olive oil, add juice of 1/2 lemon. Cook chicken in oil and lemon (it cooks very quickly). Add salt and pepper. On the last turn, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
