FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE 
8 or 9 inch pie shell, baked
1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs (Grade A fresh whole shell eggs only)
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Whipped cream
Chopped nuts

Bake pie shell. In medium bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating at medium speed for 2 minutes after each egg. Blend in chocolate and vanilla. Spoon into cooled pie shell. Chill 2 hours or until served. Serve with whipped cream and nuts.
