RICE & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice
2 sticks butter
8 oz. Cheese Whiz
1 onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 boxes frozen cut broccoli

Cut onion. Saute in butter. Add soup and cheese in bowl. In same bowl combine cooked rice and broccoli. Pour into casserole dish. Bake 25 minutes on 350 degrees. Salt and pepper to taste.
