CLOUD NINE CREAM 
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened to room temp.)
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. well drained cherries (chopped slightly)

Drain pineapple well, reserving 1/4 cup of syrup.

Place cream cheese in the bowl of an electric mixer and mix until creamy. Gradually add the 1/4 reserved syrup and beat until light and smooth.

Fold in the cream cheese mixture, sugar, nuts, pineapple and cherries. Cover and chill 3 hours. Serves 6 to 8.
