PUMPKIN SHEET CAKE 
2 c. pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts, if desired

Mix in large bowl and beat. Pour in a large cookie sheet, greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. milk
Dash of salt

Bring to rolling boil and boil 1-2 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 cup peanut butter. Beat to spreading consistency. Spread on warm cake. May add a few drops of milk to frosting if it hardens too much to spread. You may use a cream cheese frosting in place of cooked frosting.
