BRISKET MARINATE 
5 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
5 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. season salt

Mix together first four ingredients and put on brisket. Wrap with foil and put in refrigerator overnight. Mix Worcestershire sauce and season salt together. Pour over brisket. Rewrap and bake at 300°F for 5 to 7 hours, or until tender.
