GRANDMA'S LEMON CHEESECAKE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. milk
3 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
6 whites of eggs

Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and milk. Blend in butter and egg whites. Bake at 325 degrees until done.

SAUCE FOR LEMON CHEESE CAKE:

2 lemons
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar

Grate rind and juice of lemons, add egg yolks, butter and sugar, mix all together and cook on top of stove until thick as sponge, stirring all the time. Spread on cake layer like jelly.
