GOOD 'N EASY PIZZA 
DOUGH:

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 1/2 c. flour

SAUCE:

1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. minced garlic
1/8 tsp. pepper

TOPPING:

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. oregano
1 c. sliced pepperoni
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Any other toppings you like

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in dough ingredients; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Allow dough to rise about 5 minutes. Mix sauce ingredients; set aside. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Divide dough in half. Pat on lightly greased 10-inch pan. Spread sauce on each circle. Sprinkle with cheese and oregano; arrange pepperoni (and other toppings) and Mozzarella. Bake about 20 minutes or until done. Yield: 2 or 3 pizzas.
