ARIZONA EGGS | |
1 lb. sausage 1 doz. eggs, beaten 1 lg. can canned milk 1 lb. cheese, grated (cheddar and Monterey) Salt, pepper and paprika to taste 1 can chopped chilies Butter 12 x 9 inch pan; sprinkle a little bit of flour in pan. Layer sausage. Add milk and chili to eggs and put over sausage. Salt, pepper and paprika. Cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes before cutting. This is good left - over. Pop in microwave to warm. Serves 6 to 8. |
