KIKI TUNA SALAD 
Serves 4 to 6.

1 head Romaine lettuce in bite-size pieces
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans solid white tuna
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1/4 c. green onions, sliced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
