KRINGLES 
2 cups flour and 2 sticks butter. Cut together or do in food processor if possible. Add 1 cup sour cream. Blend. Set in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Divide dough into 4ths. Roll dough out on well floured board to rectangles, 5 x 9 inch. Fill with one of the following, any kind of pie filling, or pecan filling.

PECAN FILLING:

2 tbsp. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Place filling in center. Fold sides of dough to meet in center. Place on cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees. Pour icing over when cool.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Add milk to consistency to spread.
