ROSEMARY MARINADE 
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. crushed rosemary
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion, sliced

Combine. Pour over lamb or chicken (enough marinade for 1 1/2 to 2 pounds meat). Soak at least 8 hours prior to baking or grilling.
