SIX LAYER DINNER | |
1st--Slice potatoes to cover bottom of greased baking dish. 2nd--3/4 cup uncooked rice poured over potatoes. 3rd--2 pounds hamburger; first brown in skillet, then spoon over rice. 4th--3 good size onions, chopped fine and spread over previous layer. 5th--2 green peppers, chopped fine and spread. 6th--1 large can tomatoes, poured over all. Season as desired. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours in a 325 degree oven. |
