DEVILED CORN & SEAFOOD SALAD | |
1 tbsp. melted butter 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. grated onion 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 c. seafood (tuna, shrimp) 1/2 c. grated cheese 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. horseradish 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/3 c. slivered olives (black or green) 2 c. whole kernel corn 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs Combine butter, flour and salt; add gradually, stirring constantly, the milk, lemon juice, horseradish, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, olives, seafood and corn. Place in shallow baking dish and top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through at 325 degrees (don't overbake). Spoon 3-4 tablespoons melted butter over and serve hot. |
