HOMEMADE PIZZA 
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil

Add yeast to warm water to dissolve. Add flour to mixture with other ingredients and knead until smooth. Let dough rise in warm oven for 1/2 hour.

PIZZA SAUCE:

1 can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

After dough rises, roll out crust and bake. (Use corn meal instead of grease on pan for hard crust.) Use at least 6 ounces Mozzarella cheese to each pizza and desired toppings. Use any topping such as: ground meat, browned or sharp cheese, mushrooms, pepperoni and jalapeno peppers. Bake at 500 degrees for 5 minutes, then switch to top rack to melt topping.
