BAKED ZUCCHINI STICKS 
4 zucchini, med. size
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
6 tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. milk

Combine flour, thyme, pepper and garlic salt. Beat egg into the milk and add slowly to the above ingredients, stirring until smooth. Clean and cut the zucchini into 1/2 inch lengthwise slices. Dip into batter, then roll in bread crumbs. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes on each side. Just before removing from the oven, sprinkle with the grated cheese and heat until melted. Serve at once.
