FUDGE BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine sugar and cocoa in bowl. Add melted butter; mix well. Stir in eggs. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Add dry ingredients and vanilla to batter. Beat until smooth. Fold in nuts. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan; bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
