3 med. sweet taters
1/2 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
Dash nutmeg

Boil and mash up 3 medium sweet taters. Whilst they's still hot, add 1/2 pound butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar, n' a dash of nutmeg. Mix up'n ifnhits too thick, drap a spoon of water in it. Mix 1 teaspoon each of butter, sugar 'n flour. Sprinkle on top of taters. Bake in uncooked pie crust at 325 degrees until crust is a prutty brown.
