SALMON PIE 
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans salmon, boned
2 lg. onions
2 tbsp. butter
8 lg. potatoes, peeled and cooked
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Biscuit mix
Pastry for 2 double crust 9 in. pies

Combine salmon, onions and butter. Mix thoroughly. Add potatoes and mash. Stir in milk and whip until smooth. Spread mixture in prepared pastry shells, top with crust and crimp edges to seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
