SHRIMP MOUSSE 
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 pkg. plain gelatin, melted in 1/4 c. warm water
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cans baby shrimp, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. onion flakes
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Tabasco

Beat soup, cheese, mayonnaise, gelatin, onion, lemon juice until smooth and blended. Fold in shrimp and celery. Pour into mold and chill.
