GIANT NORTHWEST CHEESEBURGER 
Hamburger Mix:

1 pound hamburger
1 slice rye bread torn into pieces (optional)
4 teaspoons minced onion or 1 t dried onion flakes
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon A-1 steak sauce
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pinch red pepper flakes
2 dashes hot sauce
1 egg

Toppings:

onion hamburger buns
Cheddar cheese
Gorgonzola
sautéed red onion rings
sautéed red and green peppers
sliced avocado
lettuce leaves
sliced zesty dill pickles
sliced tomato
Dijon mustard
ketchup
mayonnaise

Mix all of the hamburger mix ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly blended.

Form into 1/4" thick patties. Grill on barbeque to desired doneness.

Sprinkle with all of the toppings and enjoy!

Crush and mix zesty Doritos into the hamburger. It really adds to my ken burgers. Holly I do have a question? How do you find the burger amongst all your toppings. Lol. I try to keep the toppings simple. Sour cream mushroom and Swiss cheese. Ken's California burger. But now I will substitute the Swiss for the Gorgonzola. Since I live in Florida now I will call it ken's holly burger. Thanks for the idea. All the toppings are excellent so it'll be my side salad. Happy 4th of July. Fire up the grill!
