TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 1/2 c. water
12 (8 inch) tortillas
Sliced black olives
1 c. salsa
1 can refried beans
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown beef and onion. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer. Combine with beans, soup, and salsa. In 13 x 9 inch casserole, place 2 tortillas, then 1/5 sauce mix and cheese. Continue layers. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
