1 c. nonfat dry milk
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. butter

Mix all in blender until smooth. Store in refrigerator. Makes about 1 1/4 cups. (Same as can of Eagle Brand.) Use in place of Eagle Brand in candy, cookie, cake and other dessert recipes.
