APRICOT BALLS 
16 oz. pkg. dried apricots
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 (16 oz.) pkg. angel flake coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 tbsp. undiluted orange juice
8 heaping tbsp. powdered sugar

Put apricots, coconut and nuts through a food processor. Put mixture into a bowl and add milk, orange juice and powdered sugar. Refrigerate overnight. Shape into balls and roll in additional coconut. Store in refrigerator. These freeze well.
