SNOWBALL SALAD 
2 lg. (12 oz. or more) cartons Cool Whip, softened
5 bananas - can use more
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 pt. (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans - can use more
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained

Mash bananas and mix with lemon juice in large mixing bowl. Add sour cream and mix well. Add sugar, pecans, cherries and pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Place in 9 x 13 inch glass dish and freeze. (Or place in round bottom bowl and when you get ready to serve, soften and remove from bowl).

To serve: Take from freezer approximately 45 minutes before serving. Any leftovers may be re-frozen.
