HIDDEN CORN 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 sm. onion
2 cans whole corn, drained
3 c. mashed potatoes
3 tsp. butter

Brown ground chuck and onion, drain and place in a casserole bowl. Empty two cans of drained corn on top of meat. Use instant potatoes and make about 3 cups and layer on top of the corn. Place butter on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
