CORN CHOWDER 
1/2 gallon milk
2 3/4 lbs. instant mashed potatoes

Mix milk and instant mashed potatoes.

1 gallon cream style corn
1 gallon milk
1 onion, large, grated
1/4 lb. butter
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Add to the above mixture the following ingredients. Blend well. Heat thoroughly and serve. Serves 65 (6 ounce) servings.
